Hello alls ,

If i follow you , you asked us if classic german submarine had modifications to give more underwater speed ?

U-11 had a streamline tower in 1938 !
U-37 had a tower typ XXI in 1944 !
U-2360 had a new tower without the wind deflector at tho top !

Some typ XXI as U-2506 , U-2511, U-2513, U-2518, U-3008 have some holes on the tower and on the hull closed to add speed and to reduce the noise !

This is just that i know !

P.S : Seraph , a british submarine was modified to have a more underwater speed with new sides on the deck and a new tower in 1945 !
