All casualties were buried at sea, the first 45 or so somewhere in the Channel as the ship was being toward backwards to Portsmouth, the remaining trapped bodies (and body parts) were removed from the ship in Portsmouth, by the crew, and then buried with full military honours from a landing craft off Spithead, days afterwards. My dad was a chief petty officer in the engine room and didn't talk about it much, but did say they were not allowed to bury the last casualties ashore. The full story of the Albatross is in a memoir by Howard Rogers in the Imperial War Museum. It's a remarkable story, part comic part nightmare. Looking back now I know my father was traumatised by what happened.
