My Nan (Evelyn Westbrook nee Perry) used to live down the road from your family Doris and Florence on the Priory, Dudley. I am a member of the Royal British Legion Lower Gornal branch and laid down a poppy cross for Clarence Rogers last year just off the jetty at Courseulles Sur Mer. I do have photos of the cross and Courseulles if you would like to see them and swap email address etc.
