Why not U-77? According to Grant it was lost in July 1916 whilst laying mines off Kinnaird Head.

In Larn's "Shipwreck Index" a submarine, probably U-77,was found in 1990 in position 56.03.43N 02.29.38W "in a bow up attitude, her stern section aft of her gundeck buried in deep mud, in 41 m (134ft). The port side of the wreck is intact but the plating on her starboard side has fallen away; the conning tower unrecognisable although two persicopes project upwards from amongst the debris"</HTML>
