I'm guessing you don't have a date on the loss of Filicudi?
As for Mazzini O, the prime suspect would have to be UC 14. The UCIIs were not combat ready by that date. UC 13 and UC 15 only operated in the Black Sea, UC 12 was lost some months earlier. The only other possibilities would be U 72 or U 73, which seem doubtful to me. Would need to have a location to be sure though.
