Thank you Oliver & Simon for the input.
Oliver: what is your source for the date of loss of Mazzini O.? Italian official documents are firmly indicating 6 November 1916 (of course they can be in error). By 6/11/18 Durazzo had long been evacuated by KuK forces and the bay should have been well swept. As I said above, I had never before even heard of the ship.
