This web site states that the wreck of UB 7 has been found 15 miles SE of Varna in what was at the time of loss a Bulgarian defensive minefield.
However, there were other UB I class boats in the Black Sea. This site records the fate of UB 14 as "Taken out and scuttled off Sevastopol in early 1919." and also that "The wreck of UB 14 has been founded by divers and identified through propeller markings." So, not a sinking by aircraft.
I have seen the English description of the find near Sevastopol at
[www.blackseadiver.ru]
but the page seems to have gone now.
