This is from the Warship 1989 article "Naval Warfare in a New Dimension 1914-1918" R.D. Layman on U-boat losses do to aircraft in WW I:
UC70 5 July 1917 sunk by a shell hit during the bombardment of the Ostend dockyard by the British monitors Erebus and Terror whose fire was spotted by 2 DH-4 aircraft. Raised and repaired and put back into service.
21 Aug 18 spotted and bombed by a Blackburn Kangaroo aircraft which summoned up the destroyer Ouse which sank her.
U69 spotted by a balloon being towed by the destroyer Patriot which sank her.
UB59 while repairing mine damage that occurred on 20 Apr 18 the boat was hit by a bomb in dry dock on 16 may 18 most likely from a HP 0/100 or 0/400 from 224 Sqn. It was estimated the repair job would take 6 months. The U69 was blown up on 5 Oct 18 when the Germans retreated later that year.
U39 was interned in Spain do to damaged received from French seaplanes on 18 May 18.
UB83 on 10 Sep 18 a kite balloon observer on the destroyer Ophelia spotted a oil patch and the UB83 which the destroyer depth charged and sank.
UB115 29 Sep 18 the British airship R29 escorting a convoy spotted a oil patch dropped a bomb on it and summoned the destroyers Ouse and Star and 3 or more trawlers which depth charged and sank the UB115
I hope this of some interest or use.
