Foul Weather Cap

<HTML>Hello everyone,
I have seen grey and black foul weather caps,but has anyone ever seen a blue one, with light blue chin ties? When these caps were issued to U boats, would the boats number be stamped somewhere on the inside of the cap? Thanking you in advance.
