Unconditional surrender

<HTML>Hi Kurt and Oliver,
at the end of the war Germany agreed to the unconditional surrender, and that left Germany without any room for negotiations.
I remember when I read the history of Wilhelmshaven, the entire Kriegsmarinewerft was dismantled and shipped to the Sovietunion.
The Germans were not in the position to protest against this "stealing".
