Hmmm, this picture does show a German U-Boat Type VIIC in
some naval drydock? But I'm not sure if it is in a U.S dockyard?
The Americans did have some German XXI Type U-boats after the
war, but a Type VII boats was rather outdated by the time the
war had ended in 1945.
