<HTML>Why would the Americans allow their top secret copy of of a German U-boat to be photographed in La Spezia? Isn't it more likely that the Americans copied the entire port, cruisers, battle damage etc. within the Philidephia dockyard so as to confuse the Russians? (See Valeria post)
