depending on type the subs carried their standard war load.
so you must suppose that everything is still onboard.
you can make a calculation of what was "used" when you order the log (kriegstagebuch) of this submarine from the US National Archives. They should do this for you as a servicement for free and a bit faster than usually. In the log there are entries concerning torpedo and artillery and mg use. so you can substract those spent ammo parts from the standard war load.</HTML>
