Yes, it's correct. Great Britain transferred to Soviet Union a significant part of the decrypted messages which were linked to operations on Eastern front. Thus carefully disappeared that the messages are received by a radio interception and decoding. Usually everyone try to hide that he have the ciphers of other party. It is usual practice. However Soviet intelligence well knew about successes of Great Britain in decryption of the German messages and received ALL messages, decrypted in London by unofficial channels.
