<HTML>THanks Craig. I have not read any accurate accounts of Lemp\'s death. But i was watching History channels\' Secrets of WWII and there was an episode where Lemp\'s boat is captured and the crew about to be taken prisoner (Who are in a lifeboat). But apparently Lemp remembers that the Naval enigma machine in there has all the rotor settings etc and decides to plunge back to swim back towards the boat and dies under a hail of fire just before he could board his boat. But is that accurate? Was wondering if it indeed was the way and is confirmed by post war survivors
