Hi Captain Bligh,
This is a history forum not a place to simply speculate on what might have happened. If you look at the forum rules you will see that "what if" scenarios" are forbidden here. The fact is that there are no records or any other actual evidence indicating that a U-boat was ever re-supplied in Ireland.
When you have actual records to the contrary I am sure you will be listened to.
You could speculate that a U-boat was refueled in San Francisco too but without any actual evidence to back it up you would be laughed at regardless of how probable you thought it was. Again this is a history forum and nobody cares what someone else thinks might have happened unless there is something to back it up.
