Racial or extremist comments.
I am pretty sure from a German legal point of view the Hitlerguß could subsumized as much as racial as an extremist comment.
Here a short history of „@#$%&“ the so called Hitlergruß:
Translation:
Since 1925 the Hitlergruß was the general exchange of greetings among circles of Nazis in the German Empire (Which is an incorrect term, because the German Empire ceased to exist on Nov. 9th 1918 when Philipp Scheidemann proclaimed the German Republic, later also called the Weimarer Republik). Hitler copied the symbolism from Benito Mussolini, who again led back his saluto romana to the ancient times of the Roman Empire but also brought it along from his Austrian native country, where “Heil†was an exchange of greeting among friends and partly is still in use as of today, something like in today’s Bavaria “Servusâ€. But one should note the “Heil†–Call and its being marked as the German Greeting was spread quite a bit in earlier times by and within the DAP = Deutsche Arbeiter Partei ( the prequel under Anton Drexler of the NSDAP from 1919) and other völkische = fascist organisations.
According to § 86a German Criminal Code Book it is forbidden to use the Hitlergruß.

In other words the writer of this post might have committed a misdemeanour acc. to § 86a German Criminal Code and thus would fall under forum rule No. 1, but could also to be considered racial or extremist, just for the sake of the argument, if, theoretically speaking, the use of “@#$%&†were not punishable, because the reader of this post identifies this form of greetings with the Nazi regime, which beyond dispute was as racist and extremist.
You all have a nice day.
