Thank you all for your answers to my original inquiry.
Dennis: I have seen pictures of Fink at Hamburg on the u-boat website and there didn't appear to be much left to see there. Is there more to see than just the lower part of the bunkers. It looked to me like the tops of the buildings had been demolished and removed. Seeing the U-Boats would be very interesting!
Davenz: I will be in France and Germany the last two weeks of Septemeber of this year. If you are going this year, perhaps we could meet up and and travel together and share costs. I plan to be in Germany the first three days of my trip, take the TVG to Brest, rent a car and then drive down the coast to each bunker.
HMW: I am very persistent and I have found with the proper contacts, you can go almost anywhere. I was able to crawl inside Kilian at Kiel because of my contact with the Harbor Master there. The only place I have ever been denied access was at RAF Alconbury in England. This base was home to the Path Finder Force, 482nd Bomb Group, during the war and when I was there it still had nuclear weapons, so no one was allowed on. I don't give up easily. Thanks for your comments!
Thanks again for your kind responses - much appreciated!
