Thanks Brian. I do know about my father's exploits in Tuna. He was reputed to have destroyed three U boats in three patrols running. I now now this was not correct. However he received the DSO and two bars for this. (I went to Buckingham Palace when he received these from the King!! But I was pretty young and cant really remem ber the occasion) and in the family we have a pewter model of the Tuna given to my father I think by the men of the Tuna for this Hat Trick.
