<HTML>Someone e-mailed mentioned in an e-mail that he had been in contact with Amazon who thought there was a possibility the mini series could be reformatted from PAL to NTSC for him, though they made no guarantees. Also, this would not be subtitled, and I have no idea of cost.

This set me to wondering just what is involved in technological terms to do this, and also what is involved in converting Region 1 and 2 DVD's to the other format. Is this kind of thing feasible with equipment/softwear for home use, that would not break the bank, or is a service available that will undertake this commercially which anyone knows of.?

Any Ideas?
