<HTML>Good morning Herr Kumrow
Thats very interesting, though certainly the people who have said said to me they are seeking out this format don't seem to think their video players are PAL compatible, and replacing a perfectly good machine purely to view one work would be quite an extravagance :-)
I'm not sure distributing the mini series would impact adversely on sales of the Directors Cut, which has been out some time now. The price difference would put the miniseries out of the same purchase bracket for most people, I think. Just as paperbacks co-exist with hard backs and boxed sets in the book world, I'm sure it would occupy a different niche in the market. Those who buy it would very likely already own the DC version already, and be seeking something extra.
The beauty of having a market as large as the US one of course is that it is still commercially viable to cater for such minority tastes.
