<HTML>I managed to get a copy of the Das Boot dvd a couple of years ago. Maybe its just me, but the English dubbing on it is simply atrocious. My German isnt perfect, but I can understand enough to find that the German spoken by the characters is often very different from the English subtitles. I now absolutely refrain from watching Das Boot with the English dubbing - I'll stick with the German. Anybody agree? Anybody know who actually did the dubbing for the film?</HTML>
