Thank you for your message, but I am afraid I cannot help you. It was my eldest brother that was on the Bulolo in WW2, but he passed away in 1977. I do hope you find the information you are looking for, and I would like to extend my warmest wishes for a happy Christmas to you. Kindest regards, Keith Whitworth.

Hi Stephen. Thanks for your mail, sorry about the delay in answering, just got back of holiday to-day. The DVD you need to buy is called "ROYAL NAVY AT WAR IN COLOUR A SAILORS VIEW." Make sure you get the right one, as there are others with similar titles. It only shows the Bulolo steaming in the English Channel for about 25 Secs, but in wonderful colour and clarity. It was worth it

Hi, My brother was stationed on one of the Maldive Islands during ww11. He was a wireless telegraphist. He mentioned that at one time,a Japenese u-boat surfaced in the lagoon and sank their supply ship by gunfire. He also stated that there were only six sailors on the island. Could anyone tell me which Island it was, that he was stationed on, and if anyone has any additional information about

Hi, RONALD. My name is Keith Whitworth, and i am trying to research the naval history of my brother Dennis Whitworth (deceased) who also served on this ship. Dennis served on board this ship from roughly 1943 until the end of the war, which means they must h
