I just heard from the Office of Tourism in St. Nazaire and accessing the Bunker and Bunkered Lock there will not be a problem, in fact the office Office of Tourism is located in the Bunker. I collect sound effects from World War II - the sounds of train engines, radial aircraft engines, tank engines, machine guns/rifles, etc. Does anyone know if I can buy a CD that would have sounds from a U-Boat? I am no expert on U-Boats, but the Chief knows he will need every ounce of compressed air available to blow the tanks when repairs are made. Don't know how much compressed air it would take to fire off 18 topedos, but probably more than they were willing to risk, would be my guess. KM Pearson
