Fo'c's'le extention at the New York Navy Yard (New York, New York, U.S.A.) completed on 31 March 1944.

Decommissioned 12 July 1945.
Became the merchantile Olympic Chaser in 1950.
Changed hands and renamed Otori Maru No. 7 in 1956.
Cut down to a barge in 1963.
