Personal information
James D. Gow survived the sinking of Hurunui. He had previously served in the Rangitata and was afterwards aboard Sussex until the end of the war. Husband of Amy since January 1940 and father of three children: Jean born in 1944, David born in 1947 and Hazel born in 1956.
