Hi Yves,
this approx. position is a chart position from Spindler. Two hours later S.M. UC 26 captured the Norwegian steamer "Joachim Brinch Lund" about 60 miles ENE of Ushant and sunk him finally by bombs.
The distance of about 35 miles between the two sinking positions shows that 1° more to the west of the known position the wreck could be found.
