Hi all,

A quick update, and a question. Per WASt, Willy Petz' service records were destroyed, probably in WWII. With their help and some other sources I have located I am slowly reconstructing his service record. However, I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction...I read a few references in American newspaper accounts of his death (usually printed April 28, 1917) that his death notice appeared in his hometown newspapers in Königsberg...would anyone know (a) the names of the newspapers in circulation in Königsberg in April 1917 and (b) if these papers are available to the public via any major archive, digitial or otherwise?
