I don`t think so. The more logic thing to say would be: "Oh we do not have any submarines in Argentina ,let alone those of the successful types of ww2.Lets keep them to use them for our navy and for studies because we won`t be able to lay our hands on them on a later point of time and because we won`t get any of the allied."
So whats left as only logic explanation (as also given in the 977-book?) PRESSURE.</HTML>
