He was considered as a very good officer he liked the navy exceedingly and didn\'t suffer that he had to leave.

That\'s perhaps one reason of his evolution after his dismissal because of a love affair not tolerated by Raeder.

Certainly because of his great love for the navy he had become an outstanding officer and probably submarine commander too.</HTML>
