<HTML>The Dutch Inkavos corporation had involvement with the design of Sovjet submarines. Inkavos was in reality a joint-venture by a few German dockyards and the Kriegsmarine, which through this way hoped to keep themselves informed about the submarinedevelopments in the world. They could also test new submarinetypes this way. More about Inkavos here:
