It does seem as though you are in absolute need of that site you found originally - Suhren\'s signature is caligraphy in German
NOT Gothic - as for notes for the KTBs, they were definitely in pencil - must have been Faber-Castell, given the family;s connections to the Third Reich, and many unlucky officers who had to transcribe and type their commanders\' pencilled notes might well have wished for the neat Gothic script, given the scrawl some of them used as handwriting (a good sample can be found in Erich Topp\'s book \"Fackeln ueber dem Atlantik\").
