I may be unique, but having been aboard a submarine that lost power and propulsion on a test dive (first dive after subsafe mods), the scene grabs me.

Another is the night assault scene in "Apocalypse Now," you know - "tracers in the dark."

A good dramatic presentation, which is technically accurate enough to avoid having the glitches overwhelm the drama, is a winner for me, and does get my attention.
