18:35 - The Galleries I've just added 64 photos in 6 galleries to the site. 3 of them (38 photos) are Conning Tower-only (U-505 in Transit, Operation Deadlight 2002 and U-889 surrenders).

11:41 - Problematic connections
The nautical FOC Cancat-3 that connects America and Europe and is Iceland's main link to the Internet has been having major problems today. This affects uboat.net as it's hosted in Iceland. Sorry for the trouble this might cause.
22:29 - Been busy on the e-mail front recently. In the last 24 hours I have replied to about 120 e-mails (taking the total replies this year to over 2000). This amount pretty much makes in mandatory for me to be brief, but I hope it's better than nothing :)

We've just added the entire command list for U-boats during WWI (i.e. every commander listed for every boat). This is almost 800 entries for 442 commanders. See U 35 for example.

Our new WWI section is really coming along these days. Late yesterday I linked in the ships sunk data for all the U-boats (274 boats) and just now I finished adding ALL the WWI U-boat commanders and their highest rank, plus bunch of decorations (seen online very shortly). Next we'll add all their commands.
