  Added a small script to locate the approximate attack positions for the ships we previously only had German grid code for. This solved most (about 80%) of the missing maps and now some 96.4% of the ships show maps.

  Fixed a bug in the new Biggest Casualties page for Ships Attacked. It mistakenly only selected the 52 first ships. Now it locates all ships with more than 100 losses, at this point 73 ships.
