Joe,

I checked all of my books of which I have many. I could not find any real info/detail on these XXI flack turrets. I find this rather strange? I would like to learn more so for now all we can do is wait and hope someone else makes a posting. I take it from the info you provided that these turrets worked like a turret on B-17 and they had a visual box mounted on top of the turret for the gunner to aim with.
