Rainer:

I checked the thicknesses of 30 random business cards and they range from
0".011 to 0".014. 24# printer paper is 0".005 thick. Printer card stock is 0".010 thick and a plastic credit card is 0".039 thick. This info is just to give an idea what
non-metric thicknesses of calling cards, etc. are.


What type of primer/bottom-coat was used to paint the pressure hulls of the various types? Zinc-chromate, red-lead or what?
