Hi - that is very interesting, I thought the ship on the right was a 4 stacker - I think you are right about the V&W class, in fact that last photo the gun shields are the same, but even more interesting is I have another photo looking back and the tops of the funnels have the same strip along the top - which I could not find on any photo's of other destroyers - here is a photo looking at the back of the ship -

Note the gun mounting on the side - is that a feature on the V&W class?

I am very thankful for everyones help in this.
