Hi Jim,

I know U 21's KTB, but I always tend to believe the side which should know it better, in this case the british side.

To be sure you should have a look at TNA-file

ADM 137 / 4021
merchant vessels attacked, mediterranean, 01. - 04.1916

I only made notes from all these files, so of course could have made an mistake, but as far as I know the CITY OF LUCKNOW just had her 61 crew on board...
