<HTML>Its been awhile since I saw das Boat but I thik the guy on the papenburg (don't think I spelt that right) lost his depth and durring this time the skipper lost position of the destroyer , there is a frames of him searching from side to side looking for her before he sees it bearing down on him.
I got the impressionb that he was setting upo for attack , lost her only to have becone the hunted himself...</HTML>
