<HTML>Speaking of it all being done with eyes and faces, one of my many favourite bits is when Thomsen wishes them luck as they leave. In just a few seconds, the expression on his face changes from a smiling "good luck" to a very sad "you'll need all of it that you can get" one. Brilliant!
Other things I like is anything related to the engine room, especially the starting of the engines after the Gibraltar misery. I guess the engineer in me shows through. :-) Oh, and that bit (not in the movie, but in the mini-series) when Johann comes up on the conning tower but doesn't like the fresh air. That makes him so real as one of those guys who really like to play with machinery and things (could have been me. :-)
But there's a lot more in this movie that I can't do without seeing every so often.</HTML>
