17:27 - We've been adding book covers to the system like crazy and we now have 377 cover images for books in 7 languages.Working on the Emblems database right now - will be ready soon.
17:27 - It now seems to be certain that the wreck of U-297 has been located off Orkney Islands. We have updated our data accordingly as she had been listed as "missing".
17:27 - We've been adding bunch of books and book-cover images to the site. We now have about 1320 books and over 330 book covers in the system.Actually, we work on the books and movies sections all the time, mostly not mentioned here since it's bits and pieced here and there.
Work on the member's area is well underway.
17:27 - Added 24 new German and book cover images to the system.
17:27 - Created a database on U-boat Commanders in POW and detainment camps. Most interesting and will be online shortly in one form or another.
17:27 - Created an interesting page on mines and their use.
17:27 - Re-wrote the Successes against Aircraft page completely. Now you can sort the data by date, nationality, U-boat, squadron or aircraft type making this page much more useful.
17:27 - I've re-written the U-boats after World War Two page to make full use of our databases. This means that this page is now updated automatically should any changes happen elsewhere in the system.
In addition to the items shown here above we made some 8 additions or changes in our databases during May 2000.
