Hi Murat,

speaking as a layman I'd say it depends (different types for different purposes ...). A place to do some checking is certainly here at this very site under

[www.uboat.net]

Types XIV, IX ..., XXI seem good candidates; and then there were some whoppers projected at some time (see "types that were never built" in the section mentioned above).
