Hi Scott,
By the time the boats got to Portsmouth NH and got measured and remeasured by US Naval Eng's in '45, they must have lost 1/2 mm to rust and other wear and tear. :-)) German KM specs were 18.5mm thickness on that plate. Rgds, RB
