<HTML>I've noticed that too. But U-571 is full of a lot of mistakes anyway. Maybe it wasn't possible to do the first scene in the conning tower due to a tight budget winking smiley. Plus, it took away from the drama. You'll also notice the attack computer is in the Zentrale, instead of the conning tower.</HTML>
