<HTML>Well, I just wondered if there were a sneaky ambiguity in the phrase. For instance, if someone were being really diabolically clever (though I don't see any reason why this should be so) they could argue that the term "paperback edition" is something separate from "hardback edition," and that therefore an "unabridged paperback edition" would not be the same thing as an "unabridged hardback edition." Probably this is simply twisted thinking on my part (plus a maniacal desire to read an even longer version of Das Boot!) but I wanted to check it out. If anyone has read both the unabridged hardback copy and the unabridged paperback, he or she could set my warped mind at rest.
