This would seem reasonable to me. Vehicle wrecks are one thing. Boats lost with crews are another. The first is a legimate site to look for historical artifacts. The second are war graves...and deserve reverent recognition.

(Part of my reasoning behind my own Last Wishes. I will be cremated and scattered to the winds, to evade futuristic endeavors, whatever they might be. No place in the ground waits for me!!)

War dead---who have never had any choice in any of this---deserve our respect in these regards. We should defer to all final resting places of those comrades departed, of all nationalities. And respect their final resting places.
