I agree with you guys but the spot of the sinking is still a battle ground and people died in the area. That should provide a little bit of an argument as to whether or not this should be considered grave robbing. I would suggest to them (the potential robbers or that they first consult the families and surviving relatives before any commencement. In my opinion, it is their right to make that decision.
