Where would you have found other units of the Argentine navy at this time Steve ?
If Belgrano was not an active threat to R.N. vessels why was she at sea at all ?
I would have to agree with John......reviewing warfare 20 years and remaining objective is not easy.....faced with the decision when your life and the safetly of others is on the line well....its a whole different ball game.....not always clear cut.
Had one of the Argentine destroyers mad contact with the submarine would they have attacked ? Would an exclusion zone prevented them...I don\'t think so.
