Yes this is the British escape suit sorry I forgot to mention that. No there are no attachment points for hoses. I believe the suit is supposed to be inflated before you flood the exit chamber. There are two valves on the chest which are under the outer hood when it is closed. I believe they are for the purpose of letting air from the inflated suit compartments be vented into the hood. Once the chamber is flooded the air bubble under the hood will be at ambient pressure relative to the depth. From what I was told you shoot towards the surface quickly and perform the breathe out routine all the way up. The short time spent at depth is supposed to minimize the effects of the bends. The whole thing was apparently tested several times by some extremely brave soul from a depth of 90 meters. I sold the suit to someone else awhile ago so all I have now are the pictures.
